The Proven Conference Covid Info

Florida is one of the top travel destinations in the world and there are currently no travel restrictions in place. Florida has also lifted it's mask mandate, so masks are not required. However, some establishments still require you to wear a mask.

We will not be policing mask usage at The Proven Conference. You need to do what makes you feel comfortable, keeping in mind that many people will choose not to wear a mask.

We will have on hand, Green, Yellow & Red stickers that you can place on your name badge if you would like to identify to others how comfortable you are.

Red = Greet from 6 feet!
Yellow = Elbows Only
Green = Handshakes & High Fives (and maybe some Hugs too)

Saddlebrook requires its employees to wear masks, they make extra efforts to keep the resort sanitized and they have hand sanitizer and signs throughout the resort reminding guests to social distance. You can read their complete Covid19 policy here.

If you have symptoms of Covid19 or have been exposed to someone with Covid19 just prior to the Conference, please do not come. Read the CDC's "When not to travel" guideline here.

Of course, this policy may change between the time of its writing and the conference in July. We will follow whatever mandates are in place at the time of the conference.

You should assess your risk and that of your family’s prior to making plans to travel.

No discount for multiple tickets (couples, business partners, etc.)
Hotel information and additional details will be revealed only after ticket purchase. You will not be disappointed with the quality venue we've chosen this year, the reputation is stellar, and the room options and discounts are sure to fit your budget.
Due to high event costs that are required months in advance, no refunds will be issued in 30 day window prior to the event, but your admission can be used to gain live stream access to our event. Tickets are not transferable to another party.
All attendees 12 or older need to purchase a ticket to attend sessions. Kids who love learning are more than welcome in sessions!
